What Are Adoption Reports?
Adoption reports help school administrators see how LearnSpace apps are being used across your kura. They show which apps are active, how many kaiako are using them, and trends over time.
Use these insights to plan training, celebrate uptake, and identify where extra support is needed.
Accessing Reports
- Log in as a school administrator
- Go to your School dashboard
- Open Reports
You can also reach Reports from quick links on the school dashboard.
What You'll See
Reports typically include:
- App usage — which apps are launched and how often
- Staff adoption — how many invited kaiako are active
- Trends — changes over recent weeks
Exact metrics may expand as we add more reporting features.
Using Reports Effectively
- Share positive adoption trends with your leadership team
- Identify kaiako who may need a quick refresher on app setup
- Pair low adoption with staff invitation reminders or whole-school deployment steps
