Why Book a Demo?

A leadership demo gives principals, deputy principals, and senior leaders a personalised look at how LearnSpace works in practice. Rather than exploring the platform on your own, a demo lets you ask questions, see features relevant to your kura, and understand how LearnSpace fits into your school's strategic goals.

What the Demo Covers

During a 30-minute session, our team will walk you through:

  • Platform overview — how LearnSpace delivers NZ Curriculum-aligned learning for Years 1–8
  • The three core apps — a live look at MyFeedback Pro, Word Wand, and Monster Maths Lab
  • School management — how to manage kaiako, classes, and tamariki from the admin dashboard
  • Plans and pricing — which roll-based plan suits your kura's size and needs
  • Data and privacy — how student data is protected and what compliance measures are in place
  • Rollout planning — practical advice on deploying LearnSpace across your school

You are welcome to invite other members of your leadership team, your IT lead, or board of trustees members to the session.

How to Book

Online Booking

  1. Visit the LearnSpace website and navigate to Schools > Book a Demo
  2. Select a date and time that suits your schedule — sessions are available during school hours, NZST
  3. Enter your name, role, school name, and email address
  4. Add any specific questions or topics you would like us to cover
  5. You will receive a confirmation email with a calendar invite and video call link

Request via Email

If you prefer, you can email us directly at demos@learnspace.nz with your school name, preferred date, and any topics of interest. We will get back to you within one working day.

Preparing for Your Demo

To get the most out of your session, consider the following ahead of time:

  • What curriculum areas or year groups are your current priorities?
  • Are there specific challenges you are hoping LearnSpace can address?
  • Does your kura have existing tools or systems that LearnSpace would need to integrate with?

Having these in mind helps us tailor the demo to your school's context.

After the Demo

Following your session, we will send you a summary of what was covered along with links to relevant knowledge base articles. If you are ready to proceed, we can help you set up your kura account and begin your 7-day trial on the spot.

Get in Touch

To book your demo or ask any questions beforehand, contact us at demos@learnspace.nz. We look forward to showing you how LearnSpace can support learning at your kura.
