LearnSpace pricing is based on your school roll, so you only pay for the number of tamariki at your kura. Every plan includes NZ Curriculum-aligned apps for Years 1–8 and starts with a 7-day trial for just $2 NZD (GST inclusive).

Plan Tiers

Starter Kura

Designed for smaller kura getting started with digital learning tools.

• Access to all three core apps: MyFeedback Pro, Word Wand, and Monster Maths Lab
• Up to 3 admin and kaiako accounts
• Email support during school hours
• Standard data encryption

Starter Kura is ideal for small or rural schools wanting to trial LearnSpace with a focused group of learners.

Growth Kura

Built for mid-sized schools ready to expand their use of LearnSpace across multiple classes.

• Everything in Starter Kura, plus:
• Unlimited kaiako accounts
• Bulk student rostering via CSV upload
• Priority email support
• Usage analytics and reporting dashboard

Growth Kura suits schools with a growing roll that need more flexibility in managing staff and tamariki.

Campus

The full-featured plan for large schools and kāhui ako wanting enterprise-grade capabilities.

• Everything in Growth Kura, plus:
• SSO integration with your identity provider
• Automated class rostering and sync
• NZ-based data residency
• Dedicated account manager
• Phone and email support

Campus is designed for kura that require strict data sovereignty, centralised IT management, and hands-on support.

Choosing the Right Plan

Consider these factors when selecting your plan:

• Roll size — larger rolls benefit from the bulk management tools in Growth and Campus
• IT requirements — if your kura uses an identity provider for staff logins, Campus provides SSO
• Data residency — Campus offers NZ-based data storage for schools with strict privacy policies
• Support needs — Campus includes a dedicated account manager for ongoing assistance

Starting Your Trial

All plans begin with a 7-day trial for $2 NZD (GST inclusive). During the trial you have full access to every feature in your chosen tier. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from the billing dashboard.
