Understanding Roll-Based Pricing

LearnSpace has one Kura plan for NZ primary schools. You pay per ākonga based on your school roll — so pricing scales fairly with your kura size. Every subscription includes NZ Curriculum-aligned apps for Years 1–8, a school admin dashboard, and access for all kaiako on your plan.

The Kura Plan

• Access to all core apps: MyFeedback Pro, Word Wand, Monster Maths Lab, and PlanSpaceNZ
• School admin dashboard — invite kaiako, manage access
• Unlimited kaiako accounts included (no separate teacher subscriptions needed)
• Pay by card (Stripe) or request annual invoice billing for procurement
• Roll-based pricing shown live on the schools pricing page

Enterprise

For kura with very large rolls (typically 1,000+ ākonga), multi-site groups, or schools needing NZ-based data residency or hands-on onboarding, contact us for an Enterprise arrangement. Enterprise is provisioned manually by our team — not self-serve checkout.

Starting Your Trial

After your school admin account is set up, open Billing from the sidebar footer, choose your roll size, and start a trial. Trial terms (free or paid) are shown before you begin — no surprises.

When the trial ends, subscribe by card or request invoice billing to keep access for your kura.
