How to Reach Us

LearnSpace NZ is supported by a team based right here in Aotearoa New Zealand. Whether you are a kaiako, a member of a learner's whānau, or a school administrator, we are here to help with any questions or issues.

Email

The quickest way to reach us is by email:

support@learnspace.nz

We aim to respond to all enquiries within one working day during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm NZST).

In-App Support

You can also contact us directly from within any LearnSpace app:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Select the Help icon (usually found in the bottom-left corner).
  3. Choose Contact Support and describe your issue.

Your message will be sent to our team along with basic account details, which helps us resolve your query faster.

Social Media

You can reach us on our social channels for general enquiries:

  • Facebook: LearnSpace NZ
  • Instagram: @learnspacenz

Please do not share personal or account-specific information on social media. For anything involving personal data, use email or in-app support.

What to Include in Your Message

To help us assist you as quickly as possible, please include:

  • Your account email address.
  • The name of the app you need help with (MyFeedback Pro, Word Wand, or Monster Maths Lab).
  • A clear description of the issue, including any error messages you have seen.
  • The device and browser you are using (for technical issues).

For Kura and Schools

If you are a kaiako or school administrator with questions about school-wide subscriptions, onboarding, or curriculum alignment, we offer dedicated support for kura. Mention your school name and role in your email, and we will connect you with the right person.

Response Times

We do our best to resolve issues promptly. Most enquiries are answered within one working day. Complex technical issues may take a little longer, and we will keep you updated on progress.

Privacy
