Navigating the Member Area

Welcome to Your Member Dashboard

After logging in, you land in the member area at /app. This is your home base for launching apps, managing your account, and getting support.

Your dashboard shows a summary of your apps, classes (for kaiako), staff (for kura admins), or child profiles (for whānau).

Sidebar Navigation

The sidebar on the left gives you quick access to everything you need:

• Dashboard — your home view with apps and activity
• My Apps — launch PlanSpaceNZ, MyFeedback Pro, Word Wand, Monster Maths Lab, and more
• My Classes / My Staff / My Kids — depending on your role
• Help — guides, quick links, and the Help Assistant
• Settings — profile, billing, and sign out

On mobile, open the menu from the header to access the same links.

Settings

Open Settings from the sidebar footer to manage:

• Profile — update your name and account details
• Billing — view your plan, update payment, or cancel

Help Assistant

The Help Assistant is the chat button in the bottom-right corner of every member page. It can answer questions about your account, apps, billing, and troubleshooting — grounded in our knowledge base.

You can also visit Help & Support from the sidebar for popular guides and quick links.

Signing Out

To sign out, open Settings and select Sign out. On shared devices, always sign out when you finish your session.
