Works on Any Modern Device

LearnSpace NZ is a web-based platform, so there is nothing to download or install. Our apps — MyFeedback Pro, Word Wand, and Monster Maths Lab — run in your browser on any modern device with an internet connection.

Whether tamariki are learning at kura on a shared Chromebook or at home on a family tablet, LearnSpace is designed to work smoothly across a wide range of hardware.

Supported Browsers

We recommend using the latest version of any of the following browsers for the best experience:

  • Google Chrome (version 100+)
  • Microsoft Edge (version 100+)
  • Mozilla Firefox (version 100+)
  • Apple Safari (version 15+)

Browsers We Do Not Support

Internet Explorer is no longer supported. Older browser versions may work but are not tested and may produce unexpected results. We recommend keeping your browser up to date for security and performance.

Supported Operating Systems

LearnSpace works on the following operating systems:

  • Windows 10 or later
  • macOS 12 (Monterey) or later
  • ChromeOS (ideal for school Chromebooks)
  • iOS 15 or later (iPad and iPhone)
  • Android 10 or later

Screen Size and Resolution

Our apps are fully responsive and adapt to screens of all sizes, from large desktop monitors down to mobile phones. For the best experience, we recommend a minimum screen width of 320 pixels. Tablets and laptops provide the most comfortable learning experience for younger tamariki.

Internet Connection

A stable internet connection is required to use LearnSpace. We recommend a minimum speed of 2 Mbps for a smooth experience. Most New Zealand broadband and mobile data connections will be more than sufficient.

Accessibility

LearnSpace is designed with accessibility in mind. Our apps support keyboard navigation, screen readers, and adjustable text sizes. If you encounter any accessibility barriers, please let us know so we can improve.

Having Trouble?

If LearnSpace is not working as expected on your device, try updating your browser to the latest version and clearing your cache. If the issue persists, our NZ-based support team can help — see contacting support.
